The product is super comfortable. No smell when the incontinence hits and stay super dry until I can get to a restroom. I've tried many different products and depends underwear for men are the perfect choice for me.

These are great if you need more protection than a pad/guard will offer. Very discreet and low profile. Definitely not for night time use if you have zero bladder control. S/M fit, Large leak less. I have a 36 waist.
