[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The underwear fit fairly well but were not quite as comfortable as normal every day underwear. They did perform well and were absorbent. They allowed for prolonged comfort after an incident.

This is much better than I received in the hospital. It works very well excep when laying on your side overnight. My biggest problem is the 34 count s/m is out of stock most of the time.
