Someone who wore these had mixed incontinence and not total incontinence. It's good for those longer days when you may not be able to check into the toilet as frequently and has good absorption.

These underwear pants will be a good help in long trips on highway where sometimes after taking a cup of coffee at one service center hard to keep up till the next one especially if you have some bladder problem. I tested it by pouring water on the soaking part of the men underwear pants and was very surprised when found that it took two and a half cups of water and didn't show any signs of leaking on the outside surface. Definitely it performs even better than needed for just light leaking. The whole package contains of 15 underwear pants. For me it would be enough for a long time episodically using it for long driving trips.
