Dad has been using these for the last 2.5 years and are the best we have come across. He has his accidents here and there and they hold up well.

These were for my husband right after bladder surgery. The absorbency was very good, made for more than dribbles. He is 185 lbs with a 35 waist and they fit perfect. No leaks and comfortable. He is now progresses to the pads!

My hubby had his prostate removed around the first of October. He has used this for his post operative bladder failure. He prefers these better than the pads.

I have used other incontinence underwear for men and I prefer to purchase the Depend brand. I find that it holds the urine and prevents leaks. I have a very weak bladder which causes constant runs to the bathroom.

Can’t tell front from back. They are supposed to have the back marked,, but it often is not visible. Also, they don’t absorb as much liquid as the store brand. The size s/m measurements is smaller than the store brand s/m measurements.

I definitely recommend the men's Depends. The S-M size has never failed me, so I stock up 4 months in advance. I'm sure the newer M-L would be too large.

These are normally a very good fit but this time they seem smaller! I usually order from zAmazon but I thought I would give Walmart a try so maybe I will go back to Amazon because they have a better supplier!

Although less expensive than the "real" Depends, the are not nearly as durable, and they therefore are not worth the reduced cost. We have gone back to the "real" Depends.

My husband wears these underwear every day and also at night. They are a great value and also a very sturdy quality. The softness keeps us coming back for more of this brand.
