I purchased these for my husband while he was battling c. Diff. The product was strong enough to contain the many diarrhea episodes associated with c. Diff. Easy to rip off and dispose.

I use this for my 18 yr old autistic grandson. I have to change the sheets every night because his urine comes out the side or overfills the padding. I understand the BM issue discussed also. Padding needs to be higher and also in the side.
