They're very soft, and provide great protection as they're super absorbent. I am a caretaker for an elderly parent, and I try and reserve these for nighttime use because they absorb up to 30x their weight. The underwear has fresh protection shields, fresh protection guards, and night defense guards, so it does a good job at preventing leaks, too. The underwear fits well and seems to be comfortable, and it has a lot of stretch to accommodate fluctuations in size and weight. These underwear pants will be a good help in long trips on highway where sometimes after taking a cup of coffee at one service center hard to keep up till the next one especially if you have some bladder problem. I tested it by pouring water on the soaking part of the men underwear pants and was very surprised when found that it took two and a half cups of water and didn't show any signs of leaking on the outside surface. Definitely it performs even better than needed for just light leaking. The whole package contains of 15 underwear pants. For me it would be enough for a long time episodically using it for long driving trips.
