I was hoping they would be more underwear material kind of like when girls have period underwear. I think that would be so much better for this product and maybe we would be more likely to purchase them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Depend FitFlex Underwear for Men, from Home Tester Club, as a free product to test and review. I actually let my grandfather try this product and inform me of his thoughts to post, good and bad, since I am female and he is obviously male and 85 years old. It was the perfect product for him to try because the current product he uses for his male incontinence, he has been having some leakage issues with in the past few months or so. He has been using these new Depend Fit Flex Underwear for Men now for about one week since #HomeTesterClub sent them to me/my grandfather to try and review and says he has had zero leakage and actually prefers these full protection Depends underwear instead of his, previously preferred, mens' incontinence Depend Pads. According to him, the underwear feel more protecting and stable, whereas the pads seem a little more unpredictable and tend to slide around occasionally causing leakage and slight aggravation from a scratchy diaper feeling.

They said the fit was great. It absorbs well, no odor control, comfortable. And alot leakage protection. So this is a very dependable brand in my opinion.

Also I like how they are very absorbing and that they help keep you dry. Also I like that they control odor really well and that they are very durable and fit very well and they are great to wear all day.

I think the product is very effective. The only question I have: Sizes currently do not include M/L, a slightly smaller than the current M/XL (better, but still a bit too large). It seems that a M/L size would be possible. The S/M size is uncomfortable for me, especially at night. Any plans to produce the briefs in a M/L size?

Would recommend and I will keep using. I didn’t smell after and they were in perfect shape once I woke up. I couldn’t really complain about this product.

I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.
