In fact, I tried pulling on them just to test how strong they were. I didn't see or feel any tearing anywhere. The absorbency is pretty good. I could pour about a cup of water in them and it was soaked up quite fast and there was no drips. The size does run a bit snug, however. It claims that a XXL is meant for a 55-64" waist, but they'd probably fit better a size down at a 44-54" waist. They are thin enough as to not cause embarrassing bulges while you wear them, too.

It handles moderate to heavy incontinence well, though for extremely heavy leakage, you may need to change more frequently.

The comfort was what i liked the best and there was no sign that you could tell i was wearing them. I"m positive that anyone that uses Depends Fit-Flex would be very happy with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was hesitant to try any kind of incontinence underwear assuming that they would be bulky and in appropriate for wearing in public. Since abdominal surgery a couple of years ago I have suffered from reduced bladder control and have avoided public transport, long journeys or extended periods away from a bathroom for fear of an accident. My wife suggested trying these as it was beginning to affect our quality of life. It turns out there was nothing to fear! Depends are low profile, well fitting and for the small issues I have, leak - free. I have not been able to detect any odour and they have proved themselves more than once now. There is a slight crunch / bit of movement around the rear of the pad but under jeans or sitting down its easy to get used to. While I can't speak for anyone with more serious issues, they have been great for me and have given me back a lot of confidence.

The sizing is just right, making it easy to put on and stay on. They do have a fresh scent out the package that doesn't bother any type of allergies. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, so obviously I didn’t personally use these being a female however having older family members I gave them to someone I thought could use them and had them tell me what they thought. So apparently you should probably size down so that they fit a little snugger. There wasn’t much odor control, but there was good absorbency and comfort was what my family member said to me. He had to only use them in the evening has been so much older. It’s not easy for him to get up and find the bathroom in the dark and he stated that his sheets were never wet the next morning.
