These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. He like the fit even better than his regular underwear. The price was also good.

I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.

The fir of the underwear is so good, it contoured to my body, wasn't bulky, you could not tell I was wearing them under my clothes. They absorbed fast and wicked the moisture away from my body. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 6' 210 lb normal build guy with a 36" to 38" waist. Your fit flex choices are terrible and you have left out a large part of the male population who have incontinence issues that cannot be helped by the choices you offer. The 28" to 38" small/medium is to small. and because it is too tight, it litterly falls down as you walk around. The large/x-large is too large and also falls down because it is to loose. I don't assume that you will make any changes for guys like me as i have previously offered my opinions by telephone to reps of your company. They only thing that they did was send me more samples which were out of my price range - much more expensive then the fit-flex.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had needed to use these, but I tried them out. They are super absorbant and fit very nicely. They are comfortable and have great odor control. They are made with durable material, so they last as long as you need them.

This product works fine for urinary incontinence but is not dependable at all for bowel incontinence. The padding is too low in the back and feces leaks through the thinner part above the padding and stains exterior clothing. We end up with multiple clothing changes daily and my laundry has at least doubled. The fit is good, they just don't work like they did before they "improved" them. Personally, I am shopping around for something more suitable for my 24 year old son with disabilities.

We have used other brands and they were difficult to get on with the diaper style tabs. These depends are pull on just like a pair of underwear and were so much easier to slide on and off for all of us caretakers. They didn't leak throughout the night.
