I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is not only a familiar brand but it's also one that I can trust. The quality and the results matter to me, especially when getting the job done. It's easy to slide on and off and absorb any incontinence you might have. At one point, my dad was unable to physically walk and go to the bathroom, and after his transplant, managing his incontinence became a little bit easier. Its soft and non irritating band if perfect for his delicate skin and doesn't cause irritation. I would definitely recommend this product.

Plus, they have a great odor control feature, so I don’t have to worry about any embarrassing situations. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend Incontinence Underwear for Men delivers reliable performance in key areas. The absorbency is impressive, keeping you dry and confident throughout the day. The fit is snug yet comfortable, staying in place without bunching or slipping. Odor control works well, giving added peace of mind in social situations. The material feels soft against the skin and doesn’t cause irritation, even with extended wear. Durability is also a strong point – it holds up well during active use and overnight. The only drawback is a slightly bulky feel under tight clothing, which can be noticeable. Overall, this is a dependable and discreet option for men seeking comfort and security in managing incontinence. Highly recommended with minor reservations.
