They fit extremely well and I feel secure in doing activities I can't do without some form of incontinent pads/underwear. They don't bunch up and they do feel like underwear. I like that they come in different sizes and I am sure if I lose some weight I can go down a size. I also like that I can go places without worrying about leakage. They look natural under my clothes so I don't suffer any embarrassment. I certainly think these are a great product and will definitely promote them to family and friends.

They do a good job; however, overnight can be a challenge at times. Another operation is due in Jan. 2017 which I hope will result in you losing a customer. I just bought a couple packs of the new Small size because I ran out of my previous Disposable Underwear and thought I would give them a try. These are okay, perhaps just average. I really like the gray color, the waist-band and the underwear-like fit as it is discreet and blends with my clothing (I wear protection full-time). However, I do not like the plastic rustle these make, the absorbency is rather low and these tend to leak a lot out the legs because there are no inner gathers or padding in the rear. Overall, they are decent but really could use some improvement. I don't see these working for bigger bladder voids or bowel issues well at all.

So I would say 4 stars for comfort the waist band stretches and the bottoms are soft. They definitely do as advertised and absorb very well as well and take away from the odor. They are also durable enough to get through a full day of work. As I work in a factory and can’t always get bathroom breaks right when I need them.

I would suggest trying a small pack of the product before spending more than need. It can cause a little discomfort with more tingling than with out due to the nerve damage. Other than that they were great do not stink depending on the persons urine sent.
