It's snug, comfy enough, and absorbent. The one reason it does not have full marks is it took a bit to position right.

They not only work for the intended use, but they are great to have after surgery. They are great protectors for bedding and clothing.

The main problem with this type of incontinence product is changing while out of the house. You have to totally remove your pants to pull a dry one on after removing one that is wet. One way to get around this is to wear two at a time. When the first one is wet, just tear it off and the second one is dry. These are great if you need light protection from dribbling, can make it to a restroom some of the time or for one complete emptying of the bladder. If you go much past one episode, then you may find these will leak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try these depend fresh protection adult incontinence underwear for men for my oldest because he has a medical condition that sometimes causes him to wet the bed. These fit him great, and you can hardly tell there is anything on inder his pants. We were using the washable incontinence pads, but these have saved us from some extra washing! As long as you kind of push the middle sides to catch everything, there is no leakage, and there is no odor!! Will be keeping these on hand!!

I have used protective underwear for nine+ years as I'm totally incontinent after prostate surgery. The product prior to this new version served reasonably well, changing about every 4 hours. The new version needs to be changed every 2 hours due, I expect, to the narrower design. I'm now looking for a different product as the inconvenience and expense of this new product is no longer practical. Hope you will consider a redesign or a return to the original design.

I'm so glad to have these cause sometimes I have accidents at night. They are very comfortable and I love knowing that my mattress is protected just in case I have an accident one night.

They don't sag or gap and are soft enough to wear for extended periods without chafing and I liked the darker color. They are practically undetectable under clothing and hold up while I am active. The absorbency is good enough for me to be out and about for several hours and absorption is fast. A few suggestions for improvement: The pad does not come up very far in the back. This can cause leaks if you are laying down and reduced the comfort of the underwear when wet and sitting for prolonged periods. Increasing the padding up the back may help with this. Increased absorbency would help with extended wear and nighttime use. Overall I would recommend Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Men. They are comfortable, discreet and absorbent enough to give the wearer confidence to go out and be active without worrying about leaks.

I have been using depends for 8 years since I had prostrate cancer. They used to work great. The new product is nowhere near as absorbant. Nothing has changed in my intake of liquids or lifestyle. I now leak through my new depends at night, soiling my clothes and the bed. This of course is very embarassing for me. Why couldn't you make the old product, which lots of people counted on, and the new product that you think people want. I read one of your responses to a review to buy the ones with tabs on the sides, I don't like that type. Please, Please, put yourself in your customers place, give us the protection that we need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit very nicely. They are extremely comfortable and very breathable. These are discreet. I would like them to more absorbent. They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.
