They look like normal underwear on him. Super comfortable. Super discreet. Quality and durable material. Have not tried them fully to see how much they control odor and absorb, but they seem to be exactly what we wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is alright if your concern is minor leakage throughout your day. They are prone to leaking while seated. The protection is unreliable, and if it leaks, there isn't much point in wearing it in the first place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have recently undergone a radical prostectomy, and quite frankly wasn't fully aware of my new 'lifestyle' I have used various brands of 'underwear' and find the Depend brand to be superior especially the elastic around the legs - I use other similar products - but when I am at work, like the depend brand much better. I use the Guards with the underwear and it make the underwear last longer for me at least. I highly recommend the depend array of incontinence products

I’ve been EVERY store I can drive to and the largest size available is XL. Now I’m on the actual Depends.com and you don’t even have 2XL. How is this possible!! I’m so disappointed. Guys my dad will have to continue to wear the XL which is a little SNUG!!

He was impressed with odor control but felt it was more designed for accidental leaks than and absorbing underwear. Overall he said it would be good for overnight or maybe a roadtrip.

Tend to sag after getting wet. Good for a short trips. Would love to see a super absorbing 24hr diaper. Bulk doesn't matter to most but leaks do. Id rather people know i might have a diaper on then leak everywhere. .thanks again
