The Ultimates worked better for me. Real Fit wasn't that great. From what I read, these are supposed to have replaced the Real Fit Not sure of the difference. But don't seem as good as the Real Fit. These are the best I've tried since the Ultimates. But now need xxL. I've had to buy them else where. Please get these in XXL?

I have found this product to be excellent, all the Depends for men are very good and serve the purpose for which they are made. I have found 2 choices for my problem out of the many WalMart sells both in the store and on line. Depends in all packages are one of my choices. I have only been using these products since my prostate removal in June, but after trying many brands I like the 2 I now use everyday.

He, like so many with his condition, has trouble with leakage and difficulty making it to the bathroom in time. He has always said that he doesn't like the idea of wearing a "diaper" on a daily basis, but after trying these new Fit-Flex underwear he has agreed that wearing them would in fact be a better alternative to rushing to the bathroom every few minutes or so. He says that they are comfortable enough to wear under his regular jeans but would prefer them cut like boy-shorts to prevent them from riding up too far while he works (he's a paint contractor, always moving). All in all, these are a great fit for him that not only fill a need, but help to restore his peace of mind.

And they still leaked like the others also do. He said they were comfortable fit. He has never been able to get any incontinence product that worked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tried these Depend Fit-Flex Underwear for Men and was surprised that they allowed him to move so comfortably when wearing them overnight, during the day there wasn't too much crinkle sound from the outer fabric - the top/waistband has tons of 'fabric' and perhaps that can be re-designed a little?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it , and it works very well . I am one who ends up with a full bladder which then lets go . Ii holds all the urine , and then some . Holds the smell very well too . Easy to put on , and take off . So glad I have Depend diapers / underwear .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my husband used them and he was very impressed..his pajamas stayed dry all night.. he used them during the day and had the same results..he said he really likes the the fit.. and doesn't have to worry about the depends leaking from the legs holes..said they are very comfortable and would continue using them when he needs them.

One reviewer said the legs don't fit tight enough and there is leakage. The solution is to insert extra pads inside the depends called Guards. Get the maximum size; the smaller ones are too smaller. The fit-flex is for thin men; the other model fits men who are bigger/fatter. Unfortunately, neither model has enough extra material with strong stretchy elastic to fit like the pull on diapers for babies.

These new Depend fit flex were different. They fit better and he seemed more comfortable in them. This is a good product and I would highly recommend them.
