Extremely comfortable and provided great protection from my occasional leakage. They were also virtually unnoticeable under my jeans and Dockers. A great product in every way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was decent. I had some issues with leaking around the legs. The absorbent material needs to go a bit further up the back for comfort. Where it stops in the back is a little uncomfortable and you can feel it when you sit. It feels like you are sitting on a line and it is not comfortable. it is quite absorbent and can possibly be a little thicker in my opinion and may possibly help prevent leaks especially when sitting.

They are thick and made by good materials. They are designed for people who have incontinence issues, and they are good for daytime and overnight uses. Depend Incontinence Underwear is especially important after certain types of surgery. It is surprising comfortable and definitely not embarrassing. That's the fear for most guys, I think. These are comfortable, discreet, and provide reliable protection throughout the day. I got them for a relative, and they appreciated how well they fit without feeling bulky.

The product is very likely a good one, but for me was - too small. I'm am a very large man and was hoping they might have enough stretch room to have them work, but it did not work. So, I had opened the package and tried to use one 0f the products - but, i can use them in a different way, by cutting cutting out the pad part and taping it to the inside of my undergarment using paper medical tape. So, all is not lost. -- Finally, you would think by this time in our "fat" history, someone would have invented a device of this nature for us really big guys.
