While being very comfortable, it still manages to be a very snug fit that lasts all day long without wearing out. What I have also noticed and love is it's not very visible - I can wear it in public with pants and it doesn't look like I'm wearing a diaper.

These are also so comfortable that my dad also uses them for day time wear and can spend 24 hours in them with no issue. The leg they comfortably through the placements and did not feel uncomfortable. I like that the underwear did not make any noise or was unnecessarily bulky. It felt great and worked well.
