[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear have an impressive absorption that helps my grandfather stay dry all night, the design helps him move quickly when he reaches the bathroom. The only negative detail is that my grandfather says that they fit him very tight and even though that is his size, he feels them a little tight. The odor isn't noticeable until after a few hours where it is time to change it.

He would take them off and hide them around the house, that is how much he HATED wearing the other brands. The ones were premium brands AND more expensive! But they were very thick and bulky and he was very uncomfortable. He felt like he was wearing a toddlers diaper. I ordered these and I am so relieved that I did! He LOVES them. He said they feel just like regular underwear to him. They're not bulky at all! The box says they HOLD UP TO 25 TIMES their weight and i believe that is true. I tested them out by measuring two full cups of water and pouring them in the briefs. I could detect NO LEAKING ANYWHERE! Not around the legs -not through the bottom -not in the back -not in the front. Nowhere! I think this is a great product and I'm sure we will be ordering them in the future. I would give this product 10 Stars if I could. As his caregiver it has made such a difference in my life too. We do not have the constant messes and clean up that we were experiencing before. I haven't had to do a single load of soiled laundry since he started wearing these a week and a half ago. He's no longer embarrassed when he has an accident. I just can't say enough good things about these briefs. For anyone feeling discouraged or doubtful, let me put your mind at ease. From where I'm standing, these are about the best things you can get your hands on.

WE have been using Depends for my Childfor a couple years now 5'10 ,100 lbs and AUTISTIC. The last couple of boxes we bought was so bad that we switch him from s-m to lrg thinking he got taller and gain weight.For awhile it works then inside liners starts shredding again.My son has acute sensory problems, so we change him when he gets a little wet so it's not the frequency of changing the diaper, It gotten o bad that he has red, blistery rashes from the foam that turns into wet gel. I have boxes of it that I cannot use, have to buy a different brand and diapers are expensive , it's so frustrating and disappointing to have a product not worked as is it was intended.

His only minor complaint is that they can be a bit warm during hot weather. Overall, a reliable choice.

(Sickness, colonoscopy, etc) It’s nice to have the backup that is needed during certain times. We both have this product in our household, and feel like Depends are an item we can rely on. These are soft and comfortable to wear. They seem to fit well (as advised on the packaging). They are durable for wear (obviously you’re not going to go running around and doing athletic things while wearing them), but for when you’re sick etc, they are great to give you peace of mind in those moments where accidents can happen. They do feel a little like you’re wearing a diaper, but overall, not as bad as we anticipated.

The sample lasted about 3 days whereas the new underwear disintegrated in less than 8 hours. This is poor value. I do not use the underwear for incontinence problems but because I have serious scar tissue on my behind in the crack and hoped the garment would cushion the pain of sitting or lying down. They started to do this successfully until they fell apart a few hours later.
