I don't typically take time to review products, but these deserve mention. I never considered trying incontinence underwear, but I couldn't ignore my wet boxers and more frequent visible wet spots any longer. So I did some reading and took the plunge with these. Quite frankly, I was expecting them to range between tolerable and awful to wear, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Sure, they work great in the functional sense - that's a given. But, they're really easy to wear. I'm serious. They're much more comfortable than I expected and invisible under clothing. If it's dead quiet, you can hear a bit of a "rustle" sound, sort of like if you were holding dry leaves, but it's completely unnoticeable when there's any background noise - in other words, in everyday life. I know these are designed for much heavier incontinence than mine, but I choose these because they're a no brainer: comfortable, discrete and they work. Slam dunk.

I got these Depends for men and because I cannot use them, I have given them to my dad. He says they are soft, durable and comfortable and do exactly what they are supposed to do with being nice and discreet.

Have been buying this product for well over a year for my husband with Alzheimers who is incontenent. Always worked fine until this last box of 72. The product i noticed is much thinner, not as soft and definitely not as absorbent. My husband wakes up drenched from sleep because of the change. They were easy to get on and off which I appreciated. They are great for someone who is bed ridden. Overall I am happy with these and would recommend them.

Not dependable as name of product reads. Also have prostate surgery is okay for leakage only but not if you actually have to go and can't make it to a bathroom. Adsorbent material bulges out and leaks and is embarrassing. maybe it would be great for a babies output, but not for adult.
