They look like regular underware, so they aren't bulky, the fit is perfect & extremely durable! They are super comfortable and with the odor control, there is NO SMELL!! They absorb wonderfully and we have been using them daily for about a month and have had ZERO leaks compared to the old ones, we had leaks on a daily basis!! I highly recommend this product for any men with incontinence issues!!

Unfortunately the fit was not quite the best wanted to twist on the body and the waist seemed a little high . Product has a skimpy target area and can't be used for bowel incontinence. Because of the poor fit, no matter how you place it, you will find spots on the back of your trousers regardless on how these are place. This is a frustrating product to use that causes social embarrassment.
