I also us a guard with it, so all I do is change the guard when needed. I normally don't have to change the underwear until the end of the day. Then I use the white depends with the Velcro, They are perforated on the sides so you can tear them. so you don't have to undress to put them on. I have had very little leakage.

After my radical prostatectomy I wore the night defense for a few weeks then switched to these. These feel somewhat like regular underwear. The maximum keeps me dry all day and If I feel unsecure I will wear a new pair to bed. They fit well, not too bulky and give me a sense of security when I go to the gym, ride my bike or play drum at my church.
