The expander areas i know are important but they felt sort of odd. Otherwise they fir nicely, were comfortable and did there job, I don't have severe leakage but it is nice to know that there is something there that doesn't feel or look like a diaper!

Overall, the product is OK, but needs a breathable waistband like the Sure fit. These will not stay up. I ordered: Extra large, the sent large/ extra large. If you are an extra large no way a large is going to fit properly, and they do not, the padding seal also need to be checked, they are coming loose. I found that the product fit more comfortably and i felt better wearing the product as underwear. The product before was snugged and fit very uncomfortable.I would purchase the XL based on pure comfort.
