I did not feel comfortable with the way the top of the product is made as it seemed to slip down after a while because of little elastic. I am going to try the briefs to see if that will fit my needs and comfort better and then decide which product to buy. I like the concept just need to figure which one is better for me.

The absorbency is excellent, as they effectively keep moisture away and provide dryness for long periods. Odor control is also impressive, making them discreet for daily use. The fit is comfortable and secure, though I wish the material was a bit softer for extra comfort. They are durable and do not tear easily. Overall, a great product for anyone needing extra protection and peace of mind!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The depends men’s underwear are absorbent and durable. It’s good to know that my husband is protected when he needs it. Getting older and having an incontinence problem at times is not ideal. But at least we can rely on this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much stomach material in front and not enough backside height. Fits loosely in the front and does leak . Not as tight in the center as they used to be. Looks like Victoria Secrets lacey garments around the legs where the elastic bands are located. Very frilly. Not very masculine looking, even though it doesn't really matter since my wife and I are the only ones that see them.

These incontinent briefs are comfortable, discrete, and absorbent three very important facts that I find in both the flex-fit and real fit. Equally important they hold up under pressure meaning I am very active and the brief has to be good for my heavy incontinence level staying in place (not slide down) and does not fall apart. I am on my foot and moving almost non-stop and these briefs wear very well for that. I cannot change more than once during my day therefore I am in a wet brief for many hours and these briefs do not make me feel like I am wet it wicks the wetness away from my skin, and they do not sag in my crock even after hours of walking around in a wet one. Other brands I have tried the absorbency material fell apart and bunched up in the crock making the briefs extremely uncomfortable and quite noticeable that I was wear incontinent protection. I have experienced other brands sliding down on me making for embarrassing times. I am very happy with depends flex-fit and real fit they truly stand up to everything I put them through, and I do not have to stop from time to time to check my trousers for wet spots I can rely on these briefs can to soak through to me outer clothes. Side note I do appreciate that these briefs are made with a man’s body in mind and that they do look like regular men’s briefs for around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were able to use these for our son. They are stretchy and soft so it wouldn't irritate skin. They do control odor when soiled and hold up well even when tossing and turning. They do have quite a bit of absorbency but we still recommend a mattress pad as some nights we do still experience leaking.

He said while he knew he was wearing them, they weren’t terribly bulky and fit better than any other that he’s tried. He definitely used the whole box and plans on getting more!

I bought these for night time use. Did not work. Bed and clothing were wet in the early morning. Side sleeper so this may be part of the reason. Only wear during the day if outside the home as a precaution against wetting clothes. Ok for day time use if not heavy wetter but not recommended for night-time.

I would like a depend version with back padding and similar design to Goodnites as in shape so that I can wear something other than a thick adult diaper to bed.
