I finally convinced him to try Depends instead of his regular underwear, and it's made a huge difference. They're so convenient and incredibly absorbent. So apparently you should probably size down so that they fit a little snugger. There wasn’t much odor control, but there was good absorbency and comfort was what my family member said to me. He had to only use them in the evening has been so much older. It’s not easy for him to get up and find the bathroom in the dark and he stated that his sheets were never wet the next morning.

The L.XL. are a little tight and the XXL fit much better. The downside is that they are not available anywhere. The price is good I guess. I also wish they would make them in this size but without the heavy padding in the front. I use these for bowel irregularities and often wear them backwards because they are uncomfortable with so much padding where I don't need it. Of course they are made with a lot of material in the back to cover the butt but when worn backwards they no longer have that material in the correct area. When worn backwards they are great for increased excretion and keep my sheets dry.
