[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried these adult underwear wouldn’t be a great fit for my grandfather but, these are the perfect fit for him I love the absorbency of this product it lasts hours until his next change and let’s not even talk about the comfort this underwear is so comfortable for my grandfather it dosent give him rashes or any marks I absolutely love the odor control and durability on this product would 100 percent recommend these for any adult who needs diapers

I did try them on for the review lol because realistically I may go through that situation again after surgery. They fit comfortable, doesn’t feel like a diaper lol.

Even a bit of leakage was readily absorbed and not noticable. the fit is nice and not bulky. Other times I use the shields which are good as well.

These help with incontinence issues with CrossFit and heavy lifting. Helping me stay comfortable and nobody knows if you actually have them on. Can wear them for anything and I sometimes forget I’m even wearing them. I’d definitely recommend to others who need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very comfortable to wear on the whole, and when it comes to absorbency, it does its job in keeping clean and dry and comfortable before changing. The gray color is also a help since it makes it a bit less conspicuous, and it isn't overly bulky.

About four years, I received radiation treatment for prostate cancer that left me with urinary incontinence (slight to heavy leakage). At which time, I began using Depend Flex-Fit Underwear for Men (L/XL) and found, there are several things I like about this product: great absorbency, comfort, odor control, noise-free, and peace of mind. However, I have two complaints: the seal/weld that holds the top of the absorbent pad in place comes unsealed, which allows the absorbent material to fall out. It doesn’t matter if I’ve had leakage or not, and on average, I’m throwing away 3-4 pair of underwear per 52 count. My other complaint is that the underwear lacks breathability, which causes me to perspire around the waist area. I’ve recently tried the Depend® Real Fit Briefs for Men (L/XL), and found that the brief provides breathability, but still had the same problem with the seal/weld coming unsealed. I really like this product, but I can’t afford to keep throwing away underwear, wasting my money!

The last box we bought is different from they way they were. The new ones are thinner, and lighter gray in color. They seem to work just as well, but did like the extra padding from the thicker ones, as after chemo and radiation, it is needed when sitting. I have written to the company, as others have in the questions about the product, and they do not ever give an answer that makes sense regarding which is the front. We put them on with the printed on rectangle in the front, which seems to feel more comfortable and works out well. Maybe some of you can comment on which way you wear them.
