I've been trying to find the right incontinence product to help my dad,but the sizing isn't working out for us. He wears a 34/35 pant so he's on the large end of the S/M size and on the small end of the L size. The Large slips down during the day and has leg gaps that have caused him embarrassing accidents. The S/M felt too snug to him, but when I encouraged him to stick with them as they may stretch out after a little wear - he said he didn't know which ones were the S/M and which ones were the L when he went to his closet because they are the exact same color! How hard would it be to make each size a different color or lighter/darker shade of gray so at a glance you know what size you are getting? Perhaps that's not important once you hone in on the right size, but it's confusing when you have more than one person in a home needing them. Also, none of them have been sufficient for overnight, so he sleeps on a bed pad wearing a Depend and still leaks even though he also stuffs paper towels in them (more Kimberly Clark products) , which is embarrassing and uncomfortable and makes for a lot of extra laundry service. I know you've done a lot of research, and I know you can't make everyone happy, I'm just frustrated on behalf of my elderly dad who deserves dignity.

My husband has used these for a couple of years now. Last night when he put them on he mentioned they didn't fit like they usually did. He wore them anyway and in the middle of the night had an accident, plus I had to change the bed linens because of the obvious defect in the product. It must have been a fluke. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product fit was ok but for uncontrollable bowel problems this product does not absorb or seal off the leakage well enough and still left me embarrassed as everything ran down my jeans. Depends need to make their products better for male or female bowel incontinence instead of just focusing mostly on urinary leakage problems. Why they concentrate so much on bladder leakage problems and not enough on bowel movements problems just shows me that they could care less about problems like mine. Wake up Depends and start making products for bowel incontinence problems like mine and make the products better also because what you make today still does not absorb my problem and still leaves me in public with embarrassment.

When I gave him this pack of Depend Underwear for Men Maximum 17 count, he literally rolled his eyes. He was definitely reluctant but eventually gave them a try. He immediately had a little more pep in his step. His first comment was how comfortable cloth-like material that feels soft against the skin and discreet they were. Couple days of wearing them he excitedly appreciates the heavy absorbency feature, which allows him to go about his daily activities without worrying about leaks or accidents.. Would definitely recommend these to anyone who has leakage or untrustworthy bladder issues.

We were very disappointed in these- it is our second time ordering these. We have ordered the separate boxes for over a year. The quality is bad, the legs are high cut like womens underwear. My husband survived cancer & the awful bulky white hospital ones are better than these. Junk
