Very Dependable

If these are max absorbency, I am wondering what average might be. Very very unpleasant! The fit and style is excellent but they don’t do the job for me. This is not a Sam’s issue! They delivered a name brand, at a fair price, ahead of schedule (as is the norm). Hopefully my condition (caused by prostate surgery) is not permanent so I will keep these to try to make use of them later but these are pretty useless currently. FYI, I am using an inexpensive generic brand and they are working fine.

The product itself I give 5 stars. Fed Ex that Sam's Club delivers by I give a 0 stars. When ordered, my order was to be here on Tuesday. It never came. Then it was to be delivered on Wednesday. It never came. When checking tracking, it said it was delivered at 4:19 at my front door. It was not there. I called Fed Ex to report this. I got very little satisfaction there. The agent on the phone was extremely hard to understand and was quick to dismiss the complaint. Very frustrating. I then had to make a 1 1/2 hour round trip to a shopping plaza to get what I needed. The next day I posted on our community facebook page that I was missing package. Turns out it was delivered 5 miles from my house on an entirely different road with no where near the same name let alone totally different addressee. I would like to know the logic behind this delivery. I hope Sam's Club will see the light and schedule delivery with a different shipper.

Fast service. It’s important to have access to incontinent products when you need them.

They work well for their intended purpose.

Product great fits like underwear. A bit costly

These were never delivered, so far Sam's hasn't figured out why or done anything to correct it.
