My source for this critical need incontinence underwear has changed availability of what I have been using for many years. I ordered two different items from Wal-Mart and this item says it has a 64" maximum waist size. I beg to differ. My waist size is such that this should have given me plenty of room and a good fit. Unfortunately anyone with a waist much over 50" would be hard pressed to get this item on. It shows size L/XL and that should have been a tip off. Sorry this well known brand fell woefully short of its size range.

After recent surgery to remove an 11mm kidney stone, I was left with a stent to drain the “tubes” while I recovered at home. The Depends provided a great deal of emotional relief, freedom from constant clothing changes, and allowed me to sleep more comfortably. This product proved comfortable and easy to use. The fit feels uncomfortable, the material is stiff, and they feel bulky under clothing. I also did not feel consistently dry while wearing them, especially during normal daily activities. Not ideal for active use.

These briefs work well for day time with the addition of a booster pad for my husband. I shop around many places that sell these and Sam's Club is always the least expensive - even with having to pay for shipping. Not even the military exchange with free shipping and no tax can compare on the cost. Fast delivery, which can be important if running low on product.

Due to a prior battle with cancer I need the use of depends from time to time. I have used several varieties of these as well as the thin shields. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try. They are more comfortable than others I have tried and they are very discreet.

Purchase weekly for my 12 year old son with autism. The diaper didnt hold well over night so we use two. Hes kind of chunky so the fit isnt perfect. We use two, one in frontwards one on backwards so that his stool doesnt come through the material. Not bad for incompetence but not the greatest for someone who isnt potty trained at all. However due to limitations weve worked out the kinks.

If your husband is in a situation where he needs to maintain his dignity and lifestyle, these are perfectly adaptable. Only comes in 2 choices of sizes though - S/M. And L/XL. My husband is a 33-34 waist and I chose the L/XL pants as I did not want it to be too tight in leg area. It's nice that the pants come in grey - a little more resembling underwear. It's bad enough that men have to endure these for post surgery or age related incontinence!!!!!
