[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work just as you would expect. You can feel the absorbent padding in the front and it works well and I haven't noticed any leakage. The design is well thought out and they aren't overly uncomfortable to wear. It does get wet after use which is expected just like with regular diapers so it's not something to wear all day after use. The package is very easy to open with an easy tear away side.
