Absorbency was poor. When I had accidents my urine would not stop collecting on the “pad” and would go up the back of the underwear and as soon as I’d sit up it would start to seep out the sides, just making a mess.

When laying down in bed it leaks! Had to wear 2, one frontwards and the other one backwards but still had to protect furniture, bed and the car. Absorbency is slow and not as efficient as needed.

Great product however prices vary significantly between vendors. Walmart has a great price but is sometimes sold out of the best volume purchase. Delivery was on time and seamless.

They last longer than the less expensive brands - and they are extremely comfortable. The fit is perfect, and I really don't realize I'm wearing them!

An excellent product! Have been using for the past 9 years. Eliminates the need to look for a bathroom and the related anxiety of peeing in my pants. I would recommend for anyone that has bladder incontinence issues.

I buy for my special needs children, they're boys and I wish they absorbed a lot more than what they do in more coverage in the back. I use these all the time I just don't like that they soak through in one urine.

I recently switched to the smaller size because they seem to run a little big.bought the large because I read the size chart on the package.I'm 5'9 and 220 and the large were a bit baggy.they work great and fit like underwear.

Not well suited for night time use. Husband has incontinence issues at bedtime. Due to his Parkinson’s, mobility is very slow and he often can’t make it to the bathroom in time. Depends not absorbent enough so leakages occur.
