This product is the best that my husband has found that works well. He is able to out a be a real person-go out for dinner,shop,work in yard etc. Both products work he likes real fit but legs to tight on top of legs. Went back to regular depends.

This product claims to have more protection. However, there was a lot of leakage. I will buy the older product, which worked well, until it leaves the store shelves. I may have to search for a new brand.
