Compared to the Depend guards which you place inside your briefs these are briefs and can be worn alone or with your briefs over them.

Works very well and does not leak. Great for travel or those with overnight incontinence issues! Fairly comfortable all things considered.

Tried many but this one is best. Sizing is off. Went for a bigger size so they didn’t feel like bikinis.

If your in between sizes, this is a great fit. The S-M is to small and the L-XL is to big. I wear a size large and Depends carry this size.

Perfect fit for my 91 year old papa. Having problems finding ones that fit around the legs and these do.
