They're very soft, and provide great protection as they're super absorbent. I am a caretaker for an elderly parent, and I try and reserve these for nighttime use because they absorb up to 30x their weight. The underwear has fresh protection shields, fresh protection guards, and night defense guards, so it does a good job at preventing leaks, too. The underwear fits well and seems to be comfortable, and it has a lot of stretch to accommodate fluctuations in size and weight. It doesn't make much noise while you're wearing it, and once it's used, you throw it away.
