No leakage whatsoever. For the price you would pay to get the store brand I would definitely consider buying these instead. Depends lives up to their name on this one. Snug but not too tight, soft and comfortable. They are very light and quiet compared to similar products on the market. I was really surprised at just how absorbent these underwear are. They do an excellent job with handling wetness and keeping you dry! I would definitely recommend these to others!

This would give him comfort, fresh protection from bladder leakage, and keep him out of rash. It contains 17 underwears and i took the size Large. It has 5 layers of protection and zero odor. My father is practically a vegetable now, not able to talk or move on his own, so knowing when he needs to go is borderline impossible, which is why these bad boys are essential. I had used other brand geriatric diapers before, but they always either leaked or caused irritation on his inner thighs or just straight up diaper rashes, perhaps from an allergy. But these have provided no negative effects. He seems comfortable, dry, and clean. They don’t make any noise when he walks or moves, which cannot be said about other brands. They’ve also held up after a few washes, though I try not to reuse them too much for hygienic purposes. And they come with 15 so it is a tremendous value for the peace of mind it has given me. Highly recommend this for your elderly loved ones.
