These underwear pants will be a good help in long trips on highway where sometimes after taking a cup of coffee at one service center hard to keep up till the next one especially if you have some bladder problem. I tested it by pouring water on the soaking part of the men underwear pants and was very surprised when found that it took two and a half cups of water and didn't show any signs of leaking on the outside surface. Definitely it performs even better than needed for just light leaking. The whole package contains of 15 underwear pants. For me it would be enough for a long time episodically using it for long driving trips.

The waistband is soft, the fit is secure without feeling bulky, and they look just like regular underwear under my clothes. Breathability is great— no discomfort even after wearing them all day. Now the "bad": This product didn't work for me: 1. Even though I got the smallest size, and the fit seemed tight, I still had leakage around the leg openings; and 2. This product seems designed for those with stress incontinence, where slight leakage occurs with a laugh or a sneeze. I have urge incontinence, so I have little warning and, if I don't make it to a bathroom in time, I empty into the garment. This product couldn't handle that load.
