The absorbency was surprising, as they were able to hold in about two cups of liquid. Even with two cups of liquid, the underwear held up well and did not fall apart. I’d recommend these to anyone who needs incontinence underwear.

He complains about these briefs being a little on the warm side, but other than that, he seems pretty comfortable and confident wearing them. You would not know he was wearing anything but his normal briefs under his shorts, sweat pants, or jeans by looking at him. Heck, he has briefs that color, so even when he is wearing them around the house in the evening with nothing else on, I don't even notice the difference.

He would take them off and hide them around the house, that is how much he HATED wearing the other brands. The ones were premium brands AND more expensive! But they were very thick and bulky and he was very uncomfortable. He felt like he was wearing a toddlers diaper. I ordered these and He LOVES them. He said they feel just like regular underwear to him. They're not bulky at all! The box says they HOLD UP TO 25 TIMES their weight and i believe that is true. The leg openings did not seal tight to my thighs. the waist felt loose and like its falling off. Now I probably have a waist between medium and large as I have trouble finding jeans to fit. I had an accident, the padding soaked it up completely. I did feel a slight dampness. I did test the absorbency of the padding, and found it would absorb 2 cups of water. carrying around that amount would be very uncomfortable. This is a extreme, as most incontinence is less then an ounce.
