He liked using this depend under clothing without being heavy and bulky looking. It is comfortable and fits well as it is elastic. It absorbs well and had no leakage.

Until today I was using Depend Fit Flex Maximum at night and during the day I was using it as an extra protection to support a guard. I replaced the guard 3 times during the day and kept the underwear on for the night. Today was my first time wearing the underwear only during the day time. This product was protecting good in the first couple of hours. Later in the day it became heavy from urine and gave me the feeling of foreign object between my legs. Then I started to feel like a bottle of liquid there and when I sat down it was like I'm spreading a sack of jell. I weighted it at home, it was 300 grams or 10 OZ liquid in it. I still have a large stock of it so I'll use it but not going to buy it again. In my oppinion a maximum protection means maximum and not just a bit over guards.

Almost two years ago at age 60 I had surgery for prostate cancer. Due to the location of the tumor, only one nerve bundle could be spared. As a result, I have never regained full continence. For some time I used pads such as Depend Guards. However, I have found that Depend Fit Flex underwear work best for me. They are very comfortable, work very well to keep my clothes dry, and are the best solution for me with activities such as hiking. Plus, wearing them under clothes looks "normal". It doesn’t make noise it doesn’t run up it won’t make you look baggy or bigger. It kept me dry fits great durable. I tested its absorbency and it worked well you’ll definitely notice you’ll need to change it. And Oder control was fin you can still kinda smell it.But overall great product but I don’t have any other to compare.
