These were purchased for my husband, who needed to feel like he could go out without having to worry he would get to the bathroom in time. He’s back to doing things and going places. For the most part, they are great. Just a couple of things make this a 4 star review. Sometimes they will tear slightly where you pull them up, your fingers will go through the product. Sometimes they can get a little off center. One star deducted for these issues. Overall these are a good dependable product. Any male who needs dependable product to be able to get back to doing things you love - should consider trying these.

It does a great job of being silent while moving around and keeps the odor away. It looks like your usual underwear minus the frills on the underwear that makes it look like leak underwear.

My dad uses these at night as he doesn't always wake up in time to make it to the bathroom and these help reduce the amount of accidents that end up on the bed and reduces the amount of clean up needed after an accident. These are also so comfortable that my dad also uses them for day time wear and can spend 24 hours in them with no issue. I would recommend this product to anyone that currently looking at them because they work as advertise

Much as we all would like to buy generic on many products...this is not one to do so. Post Surgical, Incontinence, Aging, etc issues dictate that we get it right the first time. Fit Well, Do the Task and give personal hygiene security, can be disposed of in small or quart size zip lock bag. Very pleased with product, price, quantity, Ease of Use,

I bought these specifically because of the size range listed. I don't know on what planet they equate to but certainly not on this one. The first time I tried them on they not only did not fit properly but tore in the process. Suprising due to the fact I am in the mid-range of the sizes advertized. I am now trying to figure out what to do with the remaining items. I think I'll have to go looking at other manufacturers instead.

Purchased these according to my waist size and they were too small. They absorb but leave one feeling very damp. Thesei are fine for "dribbles" so to speak but not for someone who is incontinent. Very disappointed with this purchase. Wasted $50.00. Deserves zero stars if that were possible.

I ship these overseas to my father who suffered a stroke, and needs these. He wears depends underwear without complaining. So I buy Depeds though it is expensive. With some othertypes he refuses to wear probably due to discomfort. He is unable to explain verbally due to his condition. I was happy with Walmarts promised 2 day delivery as it helped to reach the international shipping agency on time.

They're absorbent enough for light to moderate bladder leaks, stay in place throughout the day, and do a good job controlling odor. The XL size fits well without feeling too tight, bulky, and they're discreet under clothing. Overall, they're dependable, comfortable, breathable, and make everyday activities much less stressful.

The material its made with is really soft and stretchy to give you a close and comfortable fit. The absorbent pad inside gives full coverage and does a great job of absorbing any liquids. I would recommend, it's not bulky and really comfortable.
