[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very good disposable underwear for incontinence. Its absorbency is impressive. It is durable but breathable for all day or night wearing. It can fit easily due to the stretch. Plus is the fresh scent to control odor effectively .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These new underwear for men fit great. I was pleasantly surprised at how absorbent they are. The main problem with this type of incontinence product is changing while out of the house. You have to totally remove your pants to pull a dry one on after removing one that is wet. One way to get around this is to wear two at a time. When the first one is wet, just tear it off and the second one is dry. These are great if you need light protection from dribbling, can make it to a restroom some of the time or for one complete emptying of the bladder. If you go much past one episode, then you may find these will leak.

I like that the material was soft against my skin and gave me the protection that I need and also was discrete under my pants too and not bulky. Around the legs it was comfortable and fit well. I like that they look like underwear too and it makes me feel better about wearing them too. I didn't have any issues with leakage either wearing the fit-flex!
