I used the size chart on the back of the package and chose the L/XL size. They did not even come up all the way on my dad. His waist is 50 inches and he weighs 242 pounds. These should have fit. Now I have find some online and wait 2 more days for delivery. Not Happy.

I know that my father in law didn’t like the feeling too much but that it was better in some of the odor control. I was also told that the fit was alright.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my dad. They are comfortable for him to wear and do a pretty good job. I would say they are meant for daytime use. They can't absorb all night. Odor control was just okay. They are pretty durable but if you pull on it too hard, they ripped. Overall I was satisfied.

If you are a back sleeper, they will leak from the back side of the diaper. I had that happened to me this morning and they do not stay dry like it says it turns into gel. I’m also looking for an product that has more padding in the rear side bc my opinion is it don’t have enough padding back there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear are perfect for incontinence. They are super stretchy but manage to fit snugly at the same time. The material they are made of is soft and adjusts to the body easily. They are highly absorbent, and wetness can be there, but it's not overwhelmingly so. They are easy to change, and they hold up well under clothing. We've not had any tears or ripping of the material they use to make these. I would recommend this brand, and this product.
