Pretty snug and actually hold quite a lot, too. What i like the most is that it is good for the odor very well when compared to others. It's soft and very comfortable, like wearing brief.

They are great and are just perfect in my own size. They are not too tight or too loose. Their absorption to hold heavy liquid helps to prevent the slightest leaking. After several minor night time leaks resulting in wet sheets my wife insisted I wear some sort of night time protective wear. She picked up a small pack of Assure brand pull-up diapers but I was unhappy with the fit and look even though they did stop the wet sheets. I then looked for something better and tried the Depends Real-Fit pull-up diapers. The S/M size fits great, (I'm 5'10", 220 lbs, 40" waist) especially around the legs, and look like regular gray briefs. The best thing is that they completely absorb all of my night time leaks. Not sure how well these would work for someone with more than my minor "leakage" but they've sure worked great for me! Thanks for making a great product.

With that said, I have bowel leakage also, so I have to wear FitFlex backwards and add a Depends men's shield in front. I strongly urge Depends to make the absorbent material the same length on the back side as it does on the front side. I believe this would make a lot of customers happy.
