He’s getting older, and while he’s still active, he’s had a few issues with incontinence. At first, he was hesitant—he’s a proud guy and didn’t like the idea of wearing anything but his usual boxers. I told him, “Just try them out. If you don’t like them, no big deal.” A few days later, he actually thanked me. These underwear are very comfortable, fits perfectly and no more hassle to adjust the pads. Highly durable and stays longer, also does not rip like pads. Seems like they also lock the odor. If you are struggling with the discomfort of absorbent pads (sometimes multiple) then I will highly recommend these underwear.

Overall, the product is OK, but needs a breathable waistband like the Sure fit. These will not stay up. I ordered: Extra large, the sent large/ extra large. If you are an extra large no way a large is going to fit properly, and they do not, the padding seal also need to be checked, they are coming loose. Hope this review will help you improve your product and improve your future sales keeping your customers coming back.

The fit was quite tight for my lokong especially around the waist area but im sure a different size would make a difference.
