I bought these for night time use. Did not work. Bed and clothing were wet in the early morning. Side sleeper so this may be part of the reason. Only wear during the day if outside the home as a precaution against wetting clothes. Ok for day time use if not heavy wetter but not recommended for night-time.

It helps me for the occassional accident I may have. Nothing to be ashamed of. Plus the underwear feels good on me too. It is not noticable. The waist does not have a band, so it is comfortable. The gray color is neutral and looks like regular underwear. These are great to keep dry and clean

The underwear is smooth and soft materials make you comfortable all day long. Unless you have a high volume of urine, it will be sagging because of the weight of the gel. It doesn't look too thick and when you wear plants on it, it's unnoticeable. This product is needed for bladder leak and handy from time to time especially when having the bladder infection. It's also available in many sizes.
