The Depend for Men Underwear are very comfortable on me and offer decent protection. I have found the Real Fit Underwear to be slightly more comfortable as these are a little loose on me compared to those. I am a fairly average 25 year old but I feel like I am at the bottom of the size range. These are not quite as discreet as they do not look as real as the Real Fit. I tend to buy these though as they are usually much cheaper. For me they have the same limitation though, they tend to leak around the legs especially if I have an accident while sitting down. They could use additional leakage protection as it can be embarrassing to have the tell tale wet spots on the seat of your pants and on the chair you are sitting on if you have an accident. On the positive side they are usually much easier to conceal and clean up than if I had not been wearing these at all. Despite these limitations I would say try them. They may work for you, they are comfortable and reasonably discreet.

If you don’t have honest reviews to turn to, then you are going into your shopping trips blindly. The waist band is so flexible and stretchy. It is all so pliable with movement but it stays put. They absorb very well, and we didn’t notice any odors from them once they had been used. We’re going to be purchasing the name brand from now on, they are a lifesaver!

First off, they're not like wearing a diaper or anything - they actually fit like regular underwear, which is a huge plus. The best part? They do their job without making you feel like you're lugging around a wet sponge. When you, uh, "go," it turns into this gel stuff and kills the smell pretty quick. I lucked out with the size they sent me - fit like a glove. Oh, and the packaging isn't a pain in the rear to open, but it keeps the rest of 'em fresh. Look, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - this isn't exactly something you brag about to your buddies at the bar. But if you gotta deal with this stuff, these are the real deal. They let you live your life without constantly worrying about embarrassing moments. Thumbs up from this average Joe.

my husband has been fit all his life, but since his Parkinson's & Vertigo event he is not capable of exercising. We have gone from S-M-L-XL, he weighs 175 lbs.......the legs of the XL cuts into his legs and gives him a rash........he cannot go with a depends. Your depends are very long in the body but small around the leg area... do you plan on making any larger depend or adjustments....or would you suggest we try another product.

They are absorbant ( 1 large pee, 2 small pees max), but they have their limitations, as does any brief. They are very discreet and most believable as underwear. It's worth every penny. I would suggest that these be used as daytime brief only. The gentleman in the photo is aware that his picture would probably be seen by thousands of people, and he was very excited to model for the photo.

I have ulcerative colitis and sometimes I need the extra protection as well as the security of knowing I’m covered. Depend brand is superior to the other store brands I have tried in the past.
