Of the many products introduced to the market place, Depend commands the leadership role only because the refinements to this great product have revolved to meet every demand in the market. The small/medium brief fits very well with a sense of well being. Even the large size fits well enough to use without worry of leaks. The color choices break the hum-drums of daily use. I have recommended this product to a friend in need and he in turn has done likewise. Great products that will never sit on the shelf for very long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Though not one to suffer much from incontinence, due to surgery there were times when (though very minimum) self control was not entirely possible; in such times a product as “maximum absorbency” DEPEND is useful.

I tried xl Depends. I have a 44 in waist and the leg openings were too tight. The waist was a marginal fit. I’m sure you have enough customers to warrant making a larger size. The only option I have right now is Attends and they’re just awful. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone over a 38” waist.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 6' 210 lb normal build guy with a 36" to 38" waist. Your fit flex choices are terrible and you have left out a large part of the male population who have incontinence issues that cannot be helped by the choices you offer. The 28" to 38" small/medium is to small. and because it is too tight, it litterly falls down as you walk around. The large/x-large is too large and also falls down because it is to loose. I don't assume that you will make any changes for guys like me as i have previously offered my opinions by telephone to reps of your company. They only thing that they did was send me more samples which were out of my price range - much more expensive then the fit-flex.

These incontinent briefs are comfortable, discrete, and absorbent three very important facts that I find in both the flex-fit and real fit. Equally important they hold up under pressure meaning I am very active and the brief has to be good for my heavy incontinence level staying in place (not slide down) and does not fall apart. I am on my foot and moving almost non-stop and these briefs wear very well for that. I cannot change more than once during my day therefore I am in a wet brief for many hours and these briefs do not make me feel like I am wet it wicks the wetness away from my skin, and they do not sag in my crock even after hours of walking around in a wet one. Other brands I have tried the absorbency material fell apart and bunched up in the crock making the briefs extremely uncomfortable and quite noticeable that I was wear incontinent protection. I have experienced other brands sliding down on me making for embarrassing times. I am very happy with depends flex-fit and real fit they truly stand up to everything I put them through, and I do not have to stop from time to time to check my trousers for wet spots I can rely on these briefs can to soak through to me outer clothes. Side note I do appreciate that these briefs are made with a man’s body in mind and that they do look like regular men’s briefs for around the house.

Depend Incontinence Underwear is especially important after certain types of surgery. It is surprising comfortable and definitely not embarrassing. That's the fear for most guys, I think. These are comfortable, discreet, and provide reliable protection throughout the day. I got them for a relative, and they appreciated how well they fit without feeling bulky.
