Not all men wear the garments because of urinary incontinence. My husband needs them because he is a colon cancer survivor. He is missing most of his large intestine. He sometimes cannot get to a toilet in time. Up till now, I have been giving him the blue women's Silhouette garments to wear. These provide complete coverage and have saved him from soiling his clothes and public embarrassment. Since the men's garments do not provide complete coverage, I will continue to share the Silhouette garments with him. I realize that Depends garments are marketed for 'urinary incontinence. Still, I should hope that will change. More elderly than you think need complete coverage.

They leaked, did not stay up, didn't have as much absorbency, left loose fibers everywhere and didn't feel like underwear like I am used to with Real Fit. I don't see the benefit of bringing Fit-Flex to the market when there was already a sufficient men's underwear alternative.
