Nonetheless, while they are fine for daytime activities there is definate room for improvement. First, the material of these underwear does not breathe at all and as a result, are very hot. So, on hot days, you need to peal the underwear off of you skin. Second, there is no absorbent material on the sides so if you sleep on your side, there is a very good chance that these would leak. When compared to other options on the market, these can't be beat and are worth purchasing again if in a pinch.

He unfortunately has cancerous tumors all down his spine that prevent him from being able to walk or stand for a very long time. He suffers from incontinence as well because of his condition. These underwear are very comfortable, fits perfectly and no more hassle to adjust the pads. Highly durable and stays longer, also does not rip like pads. Seems like they also lock the odor. If you are struggling with the discomfort of absorbent pads (sometimes multiple) then I will highly recommend these underwear.
