Not dependable as name of product reads. Also have prostate surgery is okay for leakage only but not if you actually have to go and can't make it to a bathroom. Adsorbent material bulges out and leaks and is embarrassing. maybe it would be great for a babies output, but not for adult.

My grandfather told me they were comfortable and he feels he can carry on with life while using these Depends. They also absorb very well when he’s unable to make it to the restroom fast enough and keeps him dry . I highly recommend these for great and comfortable protection .

The product seems designed for "no butt" male models, not for guys with average bottoms. The rear fabric is so tight that stool always contacts the very top of the pad or even the waistband - very difficult to keep clean. BTW I've tried Large (allegedly for 40 inch waist, hah) and XL sizes. The labeling mentions nothing about recommended incontinence use - bladder or bowel.

Sorry to be the one to contradict all the other people that reviewed the product but for me it's a definite no. I'm not a tiny guy (34" waist) but the S/M is way to big. There's a excessive amount of bulk in the back. Actually, I can't imagine trusting them in public because of side leakage and not really comfortable to wear. This is all new to me but I feel better and more comfortable folding a paper towel and placing it in the front of my underwear. Hopefully for me this is only temporary because if this is the best option for men? I just don't know!

I received a sample of Depend Fit-Flex Underwear for men and they work great when I’m on longer trips. The only problem I had was they tend to slip down when standing and walking.

There was a very snake fit to where there were no leaks around his privates.. I would recommend that you try these out for yourself and see if you have the same results. Good value good price.

He’s an extremely active 70 year old so he needs comfort, a good fit, and absorbency, and this product is all 3! He says that he doesn’t feel like he smells and the odor control is great! They’re also super durable for all day usage! Great product!
