He’s been using them for a bit now, and he’s really happy with them! The fit is comfortable and secure without feeling too tight, and he says they provide great protection throughout the day. He especially likes that they’re breathable and don’t feel bulky, which helps him stay comfortable whether he’s out and about or just relaxing at home. The odor control is also a big plus—it gives him extra confidence in any situation. I'm not gonna lie, I was nervous to try these. These do look more like a diaper than underwear and still puff out in the crotch area when wet.

They really do a great job with the protection part. The absorbency is good, as they do exactly what is described on the packaging and in the description! They fit very well, and can be stretched a bit to really give that comfort and great, loose feeling. The odor control is also very good, as there were no noticeable, penetrating odors when giving these a wear. If you suffer from diuretic issues, these are very possibly going to be the solution for you! They do everything that they’re advertised to do, no gimmicks! Thank you influenster!

From what I can see, they wear just like underwear, you don't know the person has them on! I've been told there is zero leakage!

It helps a lot with incontinency and I love the dark grey color on it. Is great to have a product made specifically for men and in a variety of sizes.

I was very surprised at how comfortable these were. At first I was undecided with which was front and back. I put them on and settled on which way was the most comfortable. This is an awesome product - no leakage and no one can tell you are wearing them.. I don't wear them all the time, just need them after coming home from the hospital after a procedure or surgery.

I like the grey color and the flex on the sides and waist make them comfortable for a variety of waist sizes. They seem to work well for light leaks and fit easily under clothes without looking bulky.

They kept skin dry and absorbed extremely well without any odors. Comfortable and durable. Excellent for hospitalized or bedridden males. Highly recommend.
