These are perfect because the look like underwear (not white like a diaper) so not embarrasing for him. He can also easily get them up and down. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These dont even come close to protecting anyone probably 1/4 way thru the first use and it will leak bad and when you go to change them the material holding the gel in is so poorly constructed that the gel falls out and makes a mess all these diaper companies also need to stop pushing this discreet diaper junk onto us we dont need thinner more discreet diapers we need thicker ones that work and we can get thru medicaid for our incontinence and not this junk or any like it that ends up leaking before a first full use is done we dont want wet pants id take a thick heavy crinkly diaper over this war crime you call a diaper!!

They were pretty comfortable especially compared to many other products I've tried. They were very stretchy in the waist area which was very nice especially because they were a tad small for me.
