I was taking care of an elderly family member and got them depends as they were having some accidents throughout the night which was very recent and very unusual not something that happens often. The items are similar to a comfortable pair of underwear that can be worn under clothing with minimal discomfort if any. These are perfect for someone that is elderly or someone that is bedridden or even just having trouble with urine incontinence. They are very durable yet comfortable. My husband even wore them to a concert which he didn’t want to miss a second of the show- he said that they held up perfect in the mosh pit, getting thrown around and throwing others around without any leaks through!
