If you don’t have honest reviews to turn to, then you are going into your shopping trips blindly. The waist band is so flexible and stretchy. It is all so pliable with movement but it stays put. They absorb very well, and we didn’t notice any odors from them once they had been used. We’re going to be purchasing the name brand from now on, they are a lifesaver!

These should be made with a lot thicker pading. My husband has no control over his bladder. So everything gets wet. Changing bedding everyday. They do not hold enough urine except for a couple of hours. If they made them absorb alot more they would be great.

It's a little tight in the leg area but a big poof in the front. Durability isn't much of a concern if you aren't big on pulling hard. They need to make lady pads into these because they don't irritate the private area and have good control.

Being a Senior, I think it is a very difficult piece of clothing to put on. It had a very tight stretchy fit that was nothing but trouble getting my legs in before pulling them up.Once on they are soft and comfortable but tight, and I am not that big a guy, having a 38 inch waist.

I am relatively new to the incontinence dilemma, I recently had prostate surgery, but Depend Fit-Flex failed badly right out of the starting blocks. Of the first box, at least a third and probably closer to half failed badly. The absorbent material separated from the front top and gravitated down to a big lump under my testicales. It was painful to sit down and after the separation failed to provide any absorbency, resulting in leaking. I called Depend to ask about proper usage, suggestions, etc. A young woman, certainly not an expert in the men's Depend usage, would only say that she would send me a $3 off coupon for my inconvenience. Major customer service failure!

These briefs have a nice high waist that fits well and fiesnt slide down, they're also thin enough to be worn under and pants with out being noticeable. They hold quit a bit of liquid with no leaks. Dad said they also don't rub and irritate his groin like some others have. This is a great product for active men.

If you are looking for a solid pair of underwear that will absorb moisture and keep it contained, this is your pair. I do not find myself needing to sprint to change after an episode of incontinence. If you are looking for plush comfort, you will likely need to continue looking. These underwear did not suit my larger, more active, frame and seemed to find a way to scratch and bind in uncomfortable areas while on the move. I would recommend these underwear as more of an overnight solution than one for the more active waking hours.
